What we need is not what we think

The ‘strong thing’ you long for in order to attain recognition could be anything; it’s what gives you (or others) significance. In Mary’s Magnificat, we encounter a cosmic Christmas reversal: In Christ, God turns the world upside-down. Our need is not what we think, or what we’ve been told, it is. How do you seek recognition?
