This time of year, in particular, many of seek some sort of self-improvement. We are dissatisfied with our unhealthy diet, lack of exercise, less than positive habits, or relationships that leave us feeling awful. We make New Year’s Resolutions and commit ourselves to new practices. Those, however, don’t last. We long for change, but our failure often burdens us with guilt. Colossians 3 offers a fresh perspective on change. One that began with Christmas and will successfully reach perfection at Christ’s return. Have you stopped desiring change?
