The Holy Spirit and the Ongoing Ministry of Christ

Takeaway:   Why do we either marginalize the Holy Spirit or believe that his ministry is completely unrelated to Christ’s? John14 describes the amazing work of the Holy Spirit as enabling Christ’s ongoing ministry. This ministry includes us, as the Spirit works Christ’s ministry from inside us. What things in your life are you attributing to yourself that you should be attributing to the Holy Spirit? Where are you limiting the power of the Spirit’s work by thinking that you have been orphaned by Christ?
