A Sabbath-Framed Life

We work hard, and we play hard, but we do not rest. What are the main reasons why you do not rest? The problem has little to do with our ability to sleep. Genesis 2 argues that rest has to do with the “kings” we serve. God has designed Sabbath rest is not just a gift from God, it is an act of worship and submission to his kingship over your life.
