Takeaway: Is Christianity judgmental? It is assumed by many that religion only exists to motivate us to obey. We do good because we feel guilty. Jesus, however, tells us that he did not come to judge the world, but to save it. Jesus’ ministry isn’t a denial of Judgment Day but a rescue from its condemnation. Does conviction of sin draw you to God or away from him? What happens when that conviction is absent?
