Takeaway: We constantly try to “make sense” of our lives. We are compelled to answer all of the “why” questions in our life. As Jesus heals the blind man in ch. 9, he exposes that our answers to these questions reveal our spiritual blindness. We can either insist that we see clearly and reject Christ or allow him to shed light on our life. Where are you resisting his light? How does his light free you from fear, even if you don’t have all the answers?
